I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to the beautiful lake and within walking distance to the center. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with room service readily available to cater to our needs. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy, and the laundry service was a convenient amenity. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel also offers tours and ticket assistance, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing, from the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast and dinner. the wellness facilities were excellent and offered a relaxing break from my busy business trip. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to both train and bus stations.

The only negative aspect was the slightly higher price compared to other hotels in the area, but the level of service and amenities made it worth it. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the region.

Had a fantastic weekend in a beautifully traditional German hotel, surrounded by stunning scenery. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide selection of delicious foods, including freshly baked pastries and local cheeses. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day hiking in the nearby Black Forest.

The slightly uncomfortable bed, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of clear instructions in English, especially for the daily set menu, made it challenging to understand the hotel's offerings.

This hotel is in a beautiful location, just a short walk to the lake or the center. the restaurant has excellent quality cuisine and is worth trying out. the rooms are well-appointed and clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast is impressive with a wide selection of items. the staff is friendly and offers exceptional service. There are lovely gardens and a nice terrace to enjoy the outdoors. There are also indoor and outdoor pools, and a spa area to unwind after exploring the area.

One minor downside is the absence of air conditioning in the rooms.
